By submitting this application, you ("Applicant") agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms") governing the Grant Program. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility and Application Requirements
- Accuracy: The Applicant certifies that all information provided in this form, including supporting documents, is truthful, accurate, and complete as of the date of submission.
- Misrepresentation: Any misrepresentation, false statement, or omission of material fact will result in the immediate rejection of the application and may lead to exclusion from future funding opportunities.
- Compliance: The Applicant must meet all specific eligibility criteria outlined in the official Grant Program guidelines.
2. Application Review Process
- Review: Applications will be reviewed by the Grant Committee based on merit, alignment with mission, feasibility, and financial need.
- Timeframe: Review periods vary. The Grant Committee is not obligated to adhere to a specific review timeline.
- No Guarantee: Submission of an application does not guarantee funding. Decisions are final and are at the sole discretion of the Grant Committee.
3. Funding and Disbursement (If Applicable)
- Agreement: If selected, funding is conditional upon the Applicant entering into a separate, formal Grant Agreement outlining specific performance metrics, reporting requirements, and usage restrictions.
- Use of Funds: Grant funds must be used exclusively for the purposes detailed in the approved project proposal and budget. Any deviation requires prior written approval.
- Auditing: The Grant Committee reserves the right to request financial records and conduct audits related to the use of funds for up to three (3) years following the completion of the project.
4. Signature and Declaration
- Digital Signature: Typing your name into the signature field constitutes a binding digital signature, affirming your acceptance of these Terms.
- Date: The signature date must correspond to the date of submission. Submission of an application with a backdated or future-dated signature is prohibited and grounds for immediate disqualification.
5. Privacy and Data Usage
- Data Collection: The information collected will be used strictly for the purposes of application review, internal reporting, and fund disbursement.
- Confidentiality: Application details will be kept confidential within the review committee and relevant administrative staff.
- Publicity: If awarded a grant, the Applicant consents to the use of the organization's name, project title, and amount awarded for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in the formal Grant Agreement.
